By enrolling in our programs, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with gymnastics training and agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Gymnactives staff.
5. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from Gymnactives programs.
6. Parental Responsibilities: Parents or guardians of minor participants are responsible for ensuring their compliance with Gymnactives policies, including attendance, behavior, and safety guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property: All Gymnactives materials, including logos, designs, curriculum, and instructional content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of Gymnactives materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy Policy: Gymnactives respects the privacy of its participants and customers. Personal information collected during registration or enrollment will be used solely for administrative and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Modification of Terms: Gymnactives reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of participants and customers to review the terms periodically for any changes.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi
