- No Refund for Lack of Regularity: Gymnactives does not offer refunds for missed classes due to lack of regular attendance. Participants are encouraged to attend classes regularly to maximize the benefits of our programs.
- Refunds for Special Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergency.
- Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within [number] business days of the approval date. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
