At Gymnactives, we strive to provide quality gymnastic fitness training programs that meet the needs of our participants. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund of fees paid for our classes. Please review our refund policy below:
- No Refund for Lack of Regularity: Gymnactives does not offer refunds for missed classes due to lack of regular attendance. Participants are encouraged to attend classes regularly to maximize the benefits of our programs.
- Refunds for Special Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen events preventing attendance for an extended period. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Gymnactives management for review.
- Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within [number] business days of the approval date. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- No Refunds for Services Rendered: No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, including completed classes or programs. Refunds will only be considered for future classes not yet attended.
